Ordered a mix kebab, which I thought came with donnar but didn't get that? But the lamb tikka and chicken tikka was excellent, ordered on the app but I have to say when I was in the shop last time the staff were excellent, cheers

Frozen breaded fish not the fresh batterd shown in menu. Both fish and chips had been cooked in bunt oil and that's all that could be tasted. Un edible,

Long delay between order and delivery. Eventually delivered by boss(owner)himself. Impressed. If only your staff were as efficient. He sets the highest standard. Meal up to usual highest standard. Ordered food at 8:50pm and food did not get delivered until 10:13pm Food order was completely wrong, I ordered 2 hoagie wraps with salad and sauce separate. Got 1 hoagie wrap with salad and sauce on it and a portion on chicken pakora. When I called up to explain what had happened the man on the phone was not apologetic and wasn’t listening to what I was saying. Replaced my order which then took a further half hour to come. I order from Paprika all the time and have never experienced a service like this before, very disappointed!

So I ordered a kebab online and the there are options to request salad and sauce seperatly for a fee or select no salad or sauce but I wasn't fussed about them being seperate but I wanted salad and sauce, therefore did not select option that said no salad or no sauce. When it arrived there was no salad or sauce. It was obvious it was a common error as the lady who answered the phone said unless you ask for sauce and salad seperate option they don't put any one. Which is ridiculous no other st

Didn't get the pizza I ordered. Ordered a volcano pizza, got one with no mushroom on it and spicy mince! It was also cut into ridiculously small slices. 20 pieces is excessive
